While our current business was established in 2025, our roots in the soundproofing industry go back much further. I, Daniel Pelser originally launched one of the UK’s first independent soundproofing installation companies in 2005. Over the following decade, the business grew into one of the most reputable names in the industry, completing over 500 installations nationwide and achieving some of the highest Checkatrade ratings in the sector. During this time, we also opened Surrey’s first independent soundproofing supplier and expanded into manufacturing high-quality acoustic products.
After ten successful years, the decision was made to pursue a more relaxed coastal lifestyle. The original installation company was sold to new owners and our founder relocated to Worthing, where I established the first independent soundproofing company based locally, serving customers across Sussex and as far as Portsmouth.
Due to family matters overseas, the business interests were later sold. Having now returned to the UK, I have launched West Sussex Soundproofing, bringing with myself nearly 20 years of hands-on soundproofing expertise.
Today, we continue to deliver the same high standards, professional service, and effective acoustic solutions that built our original reputation. We remain passionate about soundproofing and proud that our recent projects continue to receive excellent client feedback.
